Excellent Stay in a Convenient Location
spacious suite well-equipped kitchen convenient location
i stayed in a beautiful suite kitchen. the suite was spacious and well-equipped (it had everything i needed). the location proved convenient, with easy access to transport links.
the elevator was slow (it definitely took some time). waiting for the elevator was a bit of an inconvenience. the slow speed impacted my schedule slightly.

the hotel is positioned near bts and mrt stations. this location allows easy travel to many city attractions. accessing shopping districts and nightlife areas is straightforward due to this prime spot.

the front desk customer service was excellent, with staff assisting with luggage. i received assistance with carrying suitcases to the ninth floor upon arrival. the staff ensured bags were taken to the taxi upon departure.

cooked food great service coffee shop unclean room missing towels bad pool location
i had breakfast there for 5 days. everything was cooked perfectly! mr air and miss soe provided service beyond my expectations. i fully recommend their coffee shop.
the room wasn't cleaned during my 2 day stay. i had to ask for towels. toilet roll water wasn't replaced in the fridge. the pool has no sun and is beside the coffee shop.

mixed feelings about the stay
nice room good location bad shower poor maintenance
the room was nice (i got a two-bedroom family suite). the location was also pretty good.
The bathroom felt very old and not well-kept. the shower was especially bad. It barely worked (water pressure was a joke). i expected better for the price.

limited hot water broken pipe
the rooms have space, suitable for families or small groups traveling together.
during my stay, i found several issues with the upkeep of the facilities. the provided hot water relies on small electrical boilers, which only supply about two minutes of hot water. i found a broken water evacuating pipe from the air conditioner that resulted in water leaking into the bedroom.

large apartment clean apartment loose socket dated room
the apartment was large. it was also clean, i found. the staff assisted with our luggage, carrying five suitcases to the ninth floor. they repeated this assistance upon our departure, loading everything into the taxi.
our room windows did not properly close. this contributed to a sense of datedness in the room. also, the electrical sockets were loose on the walls. there were sparks when i plugged something into them.

Spacious Apartments and Convenient Location

Our group of three families stayed in two Two-Bedroom Family Suites, I found them very spacious. We spent four days at the hotel. My kids enjoyed the small pool, I also used the gym. The breakfast included various tasty options each day.
The path to the hotel flooded after heavy rain. Wading through the dirty water was unpleasant.

The hotel features a well-equipped gym that has several cardio machines. a limited selection of free weights. This was good for basic workouts. Guests can also enjoy a small rooftop pool with comfortable loungers. A garden offers a quiet spot for relaxation.

The staff provided assistance with directions and local recommendations. communication was a little difficult. Housekeeping services were performed daily, towels were replaced and amenities were restocked. This kept our stay comfortable. the service sufficed our needs.
